Auberge Rustique has its own vegetable garden. Our kitchen uses sustainable ingredients such as fruits, vegetables and herbs from our own organic vegetable garden!
In the vegetable garden we grow seasonal products, such as cabbage, strawberries, rhubarb, gooseberries, leek, potatoes, lettuce varieties, peppers, beef tomatoes and beetroot. In addition, the garden offers a full herb garden that includes parsley, mint, basil, chives, dill, tarragon, chervil, coriander, oregano, rosemary, celery, etc.
Sustainability is important for Auberge Rustique. Therefore, the garden is completely organic, we do not use pesticides and crops are grown according to a biological cultivation plan.
